Terms of use

Effective 17 September 2026. These terms apply to the Fitmap app and support service operated by Presive sp. z o.o.

Place information

Fitmap helps you discover sports places. Opening hours, activities, access rules and other venue information can change. Check the current booking details and venue rules before travelling.

Booking requests

Sending a request does not reserve a place. A booking exists only when the request is shown as confirmed. If the selected time cannot be confirmed, the request may be marked unavailable or expire. You may withdraw a pending request in the app.

Prices and payment

Fitmap does not process payments in this release. Any price shown belongs to the selected venue offer and may have conditions. Payment and venue-specific terms are handled at the venue unless the booking details explicitly say otherwise.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate contact information and send requests you intend to use. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person’s booking or submit abusive or automated requests.
