Privacy policy

Data we use

When you send a booking request, we process your name, email address, selected venue, activity, preferred time, request status and the technical identifier needed to show the request on your device. If you enable notifications, we also process a push-notification token. Messages sent through support contain the contact details and text you provide.

Your precise location is used on your device to center the map when you choose that option. Fitmap does not require location access to browse the map.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide the booking and support service, protect each booking from unauthorized access, communicate its outcome, operate the service and resolve problems. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

Fitmap uses infrastructure and mapping providers to operate the app. Push notifications may be delivered through Expo and Apple. Aggregate place ratings shown as Google ratings come from Google place data.

Retention and your choices

We keep booking and support information only for the time needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. You can withdraw a pending request in the app. To request access, correction or deletion, contact support@fitmap.co.

Security and changes

We use encrypted network connections and restrict access to booking operations. We may update this policy when the service changes; the effective date above will show the current version.
